How long does it take to get fingerprint results back from IdentoGO in PA? ›

Do not contact Identogo Systems or the fingerprint site after your fingerprints have been submitted. Processing takes 2-3 weeks. If you do not receive your results in 2-3 weeks, call (855)845-7434 or visit uenroll.identogo.com.

This process will take approximately 7-10 days once IdentoGO by MorphoTrust has received the card. If your fingerprints are rejected the first time, you will be notified and given specific instructions on how to complete this process for a second time. You will not be charged for a second fingerprint card process.

As an approved FBI Channeler, our convenient nationwide network of IdentoGO Centers can securely capture and transmit your individual information to the FBI and safely allow you to access your Federal background check results.

Speed – Our enrollment agents are trained to ensure your paperwork is in order and fingerprints are captured quickly so that you can get on your way. All IdentoGO Centers are equipped with Live Scan systems to ensure quality fingerprints. Results are returned in a matter of days rather than weeks.

If you need the results sooner, you may contact the state at 877- 371-5422 to speak with a fingerprint clearance representative to verify if your clearance was processed – if it was, you may pick it up in person at the address below.

IdentoGO by IDEMIA provides a wide range of identity-related services with our primary service being the secure capture and transmission of electronic fingerprints for employment, certification, licensing and other verification purposes – in professional and convenient locations.

This service will allow you to establish an account that is backed by a major credit card (currently VISA, MasterCard, Discover and AMEX).

The Live Scan Process takes approximately 3-7 days once DOJ/FBI receives your 41-LS form. Out-of-state applicants must complete the FD-258 "hard-Card" manual fingerprint process, which takes approximately 10-12 weeks to complete.

A background check will be conducted by USPS within that time frame. The USPS office doing your background check should get back to you within a few days, assuming they aren't too swamped with applications. If there are a lot of applicants, though, they may take a few weeks to respond.

Who owns IdentoGO? ›

IdentoGO Centers are owned or managed by IDEMIA, the global leader in trusted identities, the U.S. leader in identity solutions.

As part of the application process, travelers must pay an $78 fee and go through the enrollment process — including showing identification documents and providing fingerprints. The membership is valid for five years.

Fingerprint results are posted to an individual's CRD record typically within 24-36 business hours after FBI receipt.

Contact your local police station to schedule a time to get fingerprinted. 3. Bring the Fingerprint card and the Authorization for Release of Information form with you to the police station. Pay the required fee.

Live Scan is inkless electronic fingerprinting. The fingerprints are electronically transmitted to the Department of Justice (DOJ) for completion of a criminal record check.

After five years, the reports are destroyed. Neither PDE or the FBI or IDEMIA stores an applicant's fingerprints. If an applicant is required to obtain a new report, the applicant must be fingerprinted again in order to obtain the report.
