High Phi: (Ritualist)

The High Phi is in charge of administering the rituals of Lambda Chi Alpha: the AM ceremony, the openings and closings of chapter meetings, the installation of officers ceremony. the death of a member ceremony. and the Initiation Ritual. He is responsible for the upkeep of the ritual equipment and the protection of the secrets of the fraternity. The job of the High Phi is probably the most important of any of the officers in that he is responsible for instilling and preserving the true meaning of Lambda Chi Alpha in each and every brother.
