Faculty Advisor

Johnson Samuel earned his PhD from the University of Illinois – Urbana Champaign in 2009. He first became involved with the Chi Zeta Chapter of Lambda Chi Alpha in the Fall of 2007 when he sat in on a spiritual discussion group that met regularly at the fraternity house. That first meeting with the brothers of LXA made quite the impression on him and he soon became a regular guest at those discussions. The close freindships that were formed with the men of that Chapter then led to him becoming a honorary initiate in the Fall of 2008.

After coming to RPI in 2011, Johnson has helped bring these spiritual discussions to Epsilon-Eta. He is also an assistant professor in the mechanical engineering program at RPI and helps the chapter maintain a positive academic outlook and a balanced lifestyle.
