Alumnus Recognized

Gavin McIntyre, Class of Rensselaer 2007 and alumnus of Lambda Chi Alpha – Epsilon Eta, was recently recognized in the international Lambda Chi Alpha publication, the Cross & Crescent. Recognized for the recent achievements of Ecovative (co-founded by Gavin), Gavin talks about his history in Lambda Chi and how he continues to look to brothers for their outstanding qualities.

New in Lambda Chi

February 21 – Epsilon-Eta Chapter of Lambda Chi welcomes six new associate members, congratultions:

  • Cale Kochenour
  • Jeungjin Lee
  • William McGeever
  • Kevin O’Brien
  • Ed Rose

Also, Lambda Chi Alpha ran a Football Toss booth in this year’s Winter Carnival, and won the performance category with their cardboard sled. The $100 prize money is currently in discussion to be donated towards the food drive.

Epsilon-Eta Wins Chapter of the Year!

We’re pleased to announce that the Epsilon-Eta chapter of Lambda Chi Alpha has won the President’s Award. This award is given each year to the best fraternity at RPI. On top of this great accomplishment, EH also received five other awards:

- Campus Involvement Award

- Membership Recruitment and Development Award

- Honorable Mention forĀ  Chapter Standards and Membership Accountability Award

- Greek Man of the Year – Ray Pinto EH 1198

- Order of the Omega Man of the Year – Jim Turk EH 1170
