Lambda Chi Alpha is a place where where true leaders are born. By fostering an atmosphere of unity, Lambda Chi Alpha instills leadership qualities in all our brothers. How do we do this? Through our Associate Member program.

In 1972 Lambda Chi Alpha abolished all hazing and instituted the Associate Member program. In this program, all new members who join Lambda Chi Alpha are treated as equals. Associate Members have all the rights of an initiated brother. Over a six week period, the Associate Members work side by side with the brothers to become fully integrated in the Fraternity.

At Lambda Chi Alpha, we believe that through mutual respect for all members, we will succeed in becoming leaders for tomorrow.

Lambda Chi Alpha is now everywhere, with over 220 chapters from Maine to California to Montreal. From ROTC to RPI sports, to various clubs, brothers are everywhere on and off campus. Our brothers are involved in numerous activities and organizations, from varsity sports, to student government. When you attend a meeting on campus, chances are, Lambda Chi is involved. If you want to do something, chances are that Lambda Chi Alpha can get it done. We don’t fit stereotypes, do you? Come give us a look or come up for dinner any time, brothers are always there. We’re behind the field house, at the top of the hill. We look forward to seeing you.
