Special Designated Funds for the 75th Anniversary Celebration

We are raising funds for all aspects of Epsilon-Eta.  We have made it even easier to contribute to your affinity of EHZ.  Below is a list of gifts we are hoping alumni will be able to cover for 2012.  If you are interested in sponsoring any of the following, please contact us at rho@ehzlxa.com.

Remember, gifts can be spread out over the year, it doesn’t need to all be paid at one time.  We also encourage you to find other brothers to split costs of any of the following.  All gifts are appreciated and very helpful!

All contributions will count towards our $25,000 – 75th Anniversary fundraising goal!

Ritual Equipment – $250 Each (7)

Composite – $350 per composite
We are starting to restore all of the composites to include new framing and matting.  Composites that need to be restored are from 1957 – 2000.

Brotherhood Retreat – $350
Each semester our entire brotherhood retreat to plan for the year and find ways to grow our brotherhood.  The combined money would be for two retreats in 2012.

Ritual Dinners – $500
Provide dinner for the entire brotherhood prior to initiation.  Funding would cover two rituals in 2012.

Sign – $500
A permanent sign for the front of the Epsilon-Eta House

Sports Pinnies – $500
As we work towards regaining the Barker Trophy, help LXA have the same look as they compete against other fraternity intramural teams.

Free Laundry – $2,000
Provide free laundry for all of the active undergraduates that live in the house.

Flag Pole – $2,000
Three flag poles for the EHZ flag, Rensselaer Flag and a United States of America flag.

EHZ Gift Funds

EHZ Educational Foundation Scholarship
All contributions to the EHZ Educational Foundation Scholarship will go directly towards helping active brothers of Lambda Chi Alpha with college tuition and expenses.  This fund will also allow current brothers to attend yearly national conferences and local Conclaves.   All money designated for the EHZ Educational Foundation Scholarship Fund that are used must be approved to Board of Directors.  Gift is 100% tax deductable.  Corporate Gift Matching opportunities available.  See information below about Corporate Matching.

Epsilon-Eta Zeta Chapter of Lambda Chi Alpha General Fund (House Improvement)
The EHZ of LCA General Fund allows LXA to be competitive in recruiting future brothers, maintaining the physical house and for us to continue to create a strong brotherhood in Lambda Chi Alpha.  All money designated for the EHZ of LCA Fund can be used with the approval of the High Alpha and High Pi only.  Gift to this fund is not tax deductible.

High Phi Ritual Fund
The High Phi Ritual Fund will go directly towards supplies and needs for all ritual activities at Lambda Chi Alpha. All money designated for the High Phi Ritual Fund can be used with the approval of the High Phi and High Alpha only.  Gift is not tax deductible.

The Lamplighter
Voluntary Alumni Dues help to support the creation, printing and mailing of The Lamplighter, the chapter’s oldest communication, to alumni of Epsilon-Eta Zeta of Lambda Chi Alpha.  Gift is not tax deductible.
